01 · License

Each Needsmith app is licensed, not sold. The Apple Standard EULA applies unless this section overrides it.

02 · Acceptable use

Don’t reverse-engineer, redistribute, or resell the apps. Don’t use them to do anything illegal in your jurisdiction.

03 · Warranty

Apps are provided “as is.” We test thoroughly and ship carefully, but we can’t promise the apps will be bug-free or fit any specific legal, professional, or commercial purpose.

04 · Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Needsmith’s liability is limited to the greater of fifty US dollars ($50) or the amount you paid for the app in the past 12 months.

05 · Refunds

Refunds are handled by Apple via the App Store. If something is broken, email support first and we’ll try to fix it.

06 · Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
